Here are the steps to perform ping test on your system
- Open command prompt in administrator mode
- Type command ping 1.1.1.1
- Let it run and provide ping statistics
- Take screenshot for the same and share with customer support.
Please be informed that latency should be below 30ms for a smooth playable environment at all times.
