Hello Gamers,

In order to troubleshoot latency issues, support team may require ping test, Bufferbloat and MTR test results from your side. In this post we will explain how to perform mtr test on your system.

Steps to perform MTR Test on Windows :

  1. Go to winMTR download link and download the zip file.
  2. Extract the winMTR zip file and go to “WinMTR_x64” folder
  3. Open “WinMTR.exe” application
  4. Type server ip address in host field
  5. Go to options and make ping/packet size as 1024
  6. Click on “Start” to start the checks
  7. Let it run for 200 seconds and then “Stop” the checks
  8. Click on “Export TEXT” option and save the file as “MTR Test Report”
  9. Share the file with our Customer Support, if asked for.

Performing BufferBloat Test :

  1. Go to this website : BufferBloat Test
  2. Start the Bufferbloat test and take a screenshot
  3. Check if result is below B, if yes then its a network issue on your router as its congested
  4. Restart router and re-check if rating improves
  5. If your result is A or above and you are still facing network issues forward the results to our support team on discord or mail for assistance
