Hello Gamers,
Rockstar Launcher uses old sdk in its games hence users are facing login issues and all rockstar games are affected by it now and then, here are the steps to fix it.
Please be informed if you are facing “unable to process your request” on Rockstar launcher during sign-in, please quit stream and terminate that session, changer server and then restart session, that’s the only fix for this issue, for rest please check below.
If user facing Rockstar Launcher Sign-out Issue on Steam:
- Exit the Game by pressing Home+Enter or via Steam overlay by pressing Shift + Tab or select + RB (on controller).
- Open task manager and check if “Rockstar Launcher” is running, right click on the process and click on “end task” .
- Restart game again from steam and check if issue fixed.
- If still issue not fixed end Rockstar launcher from task manager and manually open it again and sign in your rockstar account
- Then start the game, this should fix your issue.
If user facing Rockstar Launcher Sign-out Issue on Epic:
- Exit the Game by pressing Home+Enter or select + RB (on controller)
- Open task manager and check if “Rockstar Launcher” is running, right click on the process and click on “end task” .
- Now right-click on “Epic Games Launcher” in task manager and click on “end task”
- Start Epic Games Launcher again
- Restart game again from Epic Games Launcher and check if issue fixed.
- If still issue not fixed end Rockstar launcher from task manager and manually open it again and sign in your rockstar account
- Then start the game, this should fix your issue.
If user facing Rockstar Launcher Sign-out Issue on Rockstar Store:
- Exit the Game by pressing Home+Enter or select + RB (on controller)
- Sign out your account from Rockstar Launcher.
- Open task manager and check if “Rockstar Launcher” is running, right click on the process and click on “end task” .
- Start Rockstar Launcher again and sign in your Rockstar account
- Then start the game, this should fix your issue.
